Only 200 Black Pearls were built, the most famous Isana ever. Being one of the showcase guitar manufacturers in Germany, Sandner ceased its guitar production in the seventies. The legend however lives on.
The new edition looks very much alike the legendary guitar of the sixties. She has been conceived according to state-of-the-art quality standards, e.g. neck shape, truss rod, open single tuners and pickup system. Just as 50 years ago she is a genuine Sandner from Nauheim, South Germany. The top is made of massive spruce, the body of maple. Maple neck with rosewood fingerboard. Headstock shape shows the typical Isana design. Humbucking pickup.
